Fees vary by session type and length. They start at £70 for a standard psychotherapy session

5. Do you accept private medical insurance?

Yes, I accept private medical insurance including AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality and WPA.

6. Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential, except in legal situations (e.g., risk of serious harm to self or others). Confidentiality guidelines are explained during your first session and in your contract with me.

7. Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, online sessions are available via Google Meet. Ensure you have a private, quiet space and a reliable internet connection.

8. How long is each session, and how many might I need?

Most sessions last 50 minutes. The number of sessions depends on your goals and progress. Many clients begin with six sessions, then review how to continue. EMDR sessions may initially be 90 minutes.
